At present, with the soaring energy consumption costs in the manufacturing industry, the power consumption of injection molding machines has reached 20% of the total cost of enterprises, and 76% of injection molding enterprises have energy efficiency levels lower than the second level of the national standard. To break through the cost dilemma, energy-saving transformation becomes the key. The previous technology achieved an average energy saving rate of 32.7% through three core solutions: intelligent variable frequency drive system, waste heat recovery device, and cloud based energy efficiency management platform.
The intelligent variable frequency drive system can reduce no-load energy consumption by 56%, and the thermal efficiency of the waste heat recovery device can reach 82%. The cloud platform optimizes production scheduling through AI algorithms. After renovating 32 injection molding machines, the electricity consumption per ton of product decreased from 302 kWh to 247 kWh, saving an annual electricity fee of 300000 yuan.
